The Five Cees of Winning Posture
What makes a person receptive to your ideas, concepts, products, or services? Winning posture is about how you "show up" to other people. It is having the mindset, skills, and values that put you in a position to win every time.
The objective of the presentation is to have the audience think and act in new ways about how they see themselves in relation to the goals they want to achieve and that they will have power and influence with others based on how they view themselves.
The Learning Objectives Are:
1) Understand what is Winning Posture
2) Learn the skills of Winning Posture – Interpersonal Communication and Goal Setting
3) Learn The Five Cees of Winning Posture
a) Conviction – Believing in who you are and what you are up to.
b) Commitment – Being bound to something by a promise.
c) Confidence – Having faith in yourself to deliver.
d) Caring – Having a concern and interest in others.
e) Character – Having a moral constitution.
