    Time Table: Sent out each Tuesday morning, except for the week of Tropic Topics

    Florida Connects
    Quarterly Magazine published as a joint effort with all four Florida MPI chapters

     

    Time Table: Mailed - Winter/January, Spring/April, Summer/July, Fall/October
    Submissions need to be provided two months prior to publication

    Power Point
    Power Point presentations are utilized during monthly programs and other events during room entry and other periods where appropriate.

     

    Time Table: Sponsor logos and required verbiage/content must be received 5 days prior to the program date for creation of the Power Point

    Post Card Mailer
    Post card mailers are utilized to assist in promoting special events and monthly programs. 

     

    Time Table: Postcards should be sent out to membership a minimum of 3 weeks prior. Sponsor logos and required verbiage/content must be received five (5) weeks prior to scheduled event date.

    Press Release
    Press Releases are to be utilized to send to appropriate media for special events, activities and actions that are of news interest locally. 

     

    Time Table: Information sent to Tracy Wallach with a minimum of seven (7) day turnaround time, and not later than twenty-one (21) days prior to event or activity.
